Chris’s path sits at the intersection of infrastructure, investing, and engineering, shaped by a career focused on solving complex problems with real-world impact. He brings a hands-on, ownership mindset to building durable businesses, guided by a belief that servant leadership is fundamental to strong culture and sustained performance.
Before stepping into operations at O&W Heat Treat, Chris worked as a consultant at Bain & Company, advising clients across healthcare, technology, and industrial sectors on strategy and transformation. Prior to Bain, he led an investor-backed search fund focused on infrastructure-related services, where he built a proprietary sourcing engine, led diligence across dozens of acquisition targets, and partnered closely with investors and advisors. Earlier in his career, Chris spent five years at AECOM, contributing to large-scale infrastructure mega-projects across the U.S., Australia, and Europe in roles spanning capital cost risk management and mechanical engineering.
Chris holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and dual undergraduate degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Finance from Queensland University of Technology. He brings a versatile toolkit - financial modeling, risk analysis, strategic planning, and operational leadership - anchored in analytical rigor and a bias toward execution, now applied to the continued growth and evolution of O&W Heat Treat.
